Principal responsibilities: Development, Design and Implementation of the Organization Wide Area Network. As the network manager assigned to the organization, I constituted the team that was tasked with working together with donors and local service providers to develop and implement the design that would eventually lead to the laying of the Local Area Network(LANs) at 3 deferent field offices. I was also responsible for making sure these designs where lay to the specifications and standards agreed on.

Maintenance of servers: I made sure the software
Antivirus updates ware installed for the smooth running of the network in all organization offices across Uganda.

Maintenance of Network functionality: This includes the Local Area Network (LAN), the organization- wide network as the connection with the outside world. These duties included , , s server maintenance and backup, Email administration assigning and maintaining user logon and access privileges, actual hard wiring of jacks and workstations and protecting internal users from external threats including hackers, viruses, spyware and malware.

Systems Administration: I was responsible for installing, maintaining and upgrading servers, hardware and software of the entire information technology infrastructure. Also ensuring the servers are backed up and that the sever data is secure from an authorized access.
