· Proven experience as HR Officer with HR Credentials: Certificate of Employment as HR Officer in 2018, Recruitment and Training Officer in 2016 and HR Officer in Charge in 2016

Job Description:
· Closely coordinate with the PRO for processing of Visa, Contracts, Renewal of Work/ Residence Permit, Health Certificates and Health cards, Residence Permit Cancellation and Exit Permits.
· Implement effective onboarding procedure.
· Provide general administrative support to Managers across all Department as needed.
· Coordinate with Hotels and Travel Agency, prepare LPO for Hotel and Flight Booking.
· Organize information and draft documents as needed.
· Send and receive deliveries to and from the office.
· Greet and assist with general inquiries from suppliers and visitors.
· Screen and direct phone calls to proper individuals.
· Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system
· Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
· Perform general HR tasks like maintaining and updating the Masterlist and 201 Files.
· Coordinate with Bank for Requests regarding staff pay cards (New Pay card, updating information and other concerns)
· Close monitoring renewal of Company Insurance and Employees Insurance.
· Process Leave Applications, maintain leave balance and prepare Leave Salary Computation.
· Facilitate the signing of Employment Agreement.
· Prepare Monthly Payroll Report.
· Process Employee’s Clearance.
· Prepare computation for Final Settlement and ensure all benefits are paid to employees.
· Retains historical records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
· Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and labor laws regarding employment practices.
· Maintains high confidentiality and follows the code of conduct.
· Prepare Certificates (Salary/ Employment Certificate, Employee of the Month etc.)
· Perform other tasks instructed by the General Manager.
• Successfully source, interview and hire candidates for the business unit’s requirement across all department.
• Closely coordinate with PRO’s for processing of Visa, Contracts, QID’s, Health cards, Exit Permits, RP Cancellation and other documents.
• Assist employees with general HR enquiries and concerns. Conducting orientation and induction program, Prepare Certificates, Warning Letters, Memos and support in the areas of performance management, employee development, retention and succession planning.
• Implement disciplinary action or resolving disputes between employees
• Work with Senior Management on Company policies, Compensation Planning, Leave Management and Final Settlement and closely coordinates with Accounts for on time payment.
• Ensure business practices are in accordance with company policy and Qatar labor law. Ensure proper clearance procedure and all benefits are paid to employees going for vacation or separation.
• Ensure 201 Files are complete and updated.
• Build and execute Recruitment Calendar of Activities on a full strategy to ensure meeting the hiring targets ad Support the onboarding of new hires.
• Support the talent development activities of the regional team, with a focus to training needs analysis and conducting training activities to the assigned area.
• Work with the National Training Team on the new Commission/ Incentive scheme and Training Presentation Materials to ensure updated information and topics are properly coordinated to the assigned area.
• Assist and Support in planning & implementation of corporate sales conventions, awarding and recognition program & General Assemblies.
• Hosts and Facilitate Company Events.
• Facilitate the signing of Employment Agreement and ensure 201 Files are complete and updated.
