Duties & Responsibilities

·         Advising Project managers and Engineers on all HSE matters to ensure compliance to statutory regulations including review of Risk Assessment Excellent knowledge of Unified Permit to Work (PTW) HOT and COLD System.

·         Implementing the Permit To Work system at site, reviewing completed work permits, identification of work hazards ensuring the control measures are followed

·         Application of Permit To Work system

·         Conducting HSE training, prepare tools box talk, site safety induction , safety meeting and job specific training for engineers, supervisor, workmen and subcontractors

·         Organizing Site safety campaigns and safety awareness programs
