WarehouseMan

Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.

Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals. Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.

Assist with inventory of incoming shipments as well as with periodic inventories conducted.

Unpack, repack, and reconfigure items for proper storage in the warehouse or other locations within the project.

Drive and/or operate various types of warehouse vehicles or equipment, including out not limited to flatbed,

rucks, forklifts, pallet jacks and other types of warehouse equipment.

Issue inventoried items to various PAE employees by preparing hand receipts using an automated system.

Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment and comply with all safety rules & procedures to

include personnel protective equipment (PPE).

Coordinate with other logistics and project personnel to complete tasks.

Other duties will require activities such as – unpack, repack and reconfigure items for proper storage in the

warehouse or other locations within the project.

This is not a supervisory role, but does require the ability to coordinate with other logistics and project personnel

to complete tasks.

Central Store Warehouse / Food Service

Store Keeper

Requires working rapidly at a constant pace for the entire duty, in a fast paced environment .
Assist as needed in the general sanitation and housekeeping to adhere to all GMP/GWP and sanitation standards
Develop a good working knowledge of product, placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures
Hand select orders within a freezer warehouse environment
Stack product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures

Move inventory to various locations of warehouse by co ordinating with asst Ware house manager with mechanical equipment operators which includes fork lift, pallet jack, and handcart.

Assists with unloading and verifying commodity and purchased food and supply shipments into the warehouse against requisitions and invoices. picks frozen product and organizes the product for shipping.

Label frozen product and returns product to storage and generate replenishment report.

Maintain all frozen product inventory and performs sanitation at the end of the shift to ensure a clean work area.

Corrects and or notifies vendors of errors at time of delivers.

Assists with taking physical inventory of foods and supplies on a monthly basis and submitting to the Food Service Office. Assists in delivering food and supplies from the warehouse to dining area following written requisitions.

Operates fork lift, pallet jack., hand truck and other warehouse equipment, Assists in slicers, can openers, and other small equipment in all of the kitchens. Initiates requests for equipment repairs or replacements on items unable to repair within the department. Works in an on-call basis when the refrigeration and freezer units do not work correctly. Unloads this same equipment when it will not be operating for an extended period. Agrees to fulfill performance responsibilities in location(s) assigned. Performs such other tasks assigned within the parameters of the job. performs other duties as assigned and reports food safety issues.
