I have 30 (thirty) Years of rich experience in OPD, Health Information Management and Quality Assurance, with AHIMA Certification. I have also extensive experience of Design and Implementation of OPD and HIMS with its administrations.

I have working experience of designing and implementing OPD and Hospital Information system in to Large scale and complex Enterprise using HIPAA, JCI, JCHO standards. I have designed OPD management system different tertiary care hospital.

Besides that, I have got extensive knowledge of Problems resolution by QC methodologies, Health insurance, requirement analysis, Project feasibility report, Presentations to higher management, Final selection and implementation.

I have also trained more than 500 medical doctors and Nurses in Health Care management  & have worked as visiting faculty at CPSP (college of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan) , DUHS (Dow university of Health Sciences), Ziauddin hospital and medical college and (WHO)national health insurance team in 2015.

Established research system for forecast and planning at SIUT in 2017-18.
