Time Warner Cable is recruiting a Specialist, Billing Support responsible for the daily billing support processes including but not limited to customer and contract set-up, case resolution and client adjustments.
Responsibilities:
Additional duties include the compliance of billing requirements
Reconciliation of customer billing issues and resolution of cases
Processing of adjustments, volume discounts, service changes, pricing changes
Ability to investigate and resolve issues with some supervision
Suggestion of process improvements
Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external clients
Create manual invoices as needed to meet customer requirements
