Responsible of the front office department’s activities;
– Managing and updating roaster of staff.
– Handling customer complaints and responding to emails; while prioritizing on customer satisfaction by engaging each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests.
– Managing check in, check out, airport pick up and transfer and supervising preparation of room requests for upcoming arrivals.
– Room controller as per specific occasion and booking.
– Managing cash float and payment, while ensuring that all bookings are paid.
– Maintaining constant smooth coordination with other departments;
Housekeeping, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Security and Reservation.
