Responsibilities:

 

ü  Maintaining employee database.

ü  Maintaining /Updating Leave Records

ü  Follow up of Confirmation Records

ü  Handling the full and final settlement of the employees

ü  Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes
