v JOB DESCRIPTION

v Responsible for the efficient, safe operation of distribution activities at non

operated 3rd party facilities where there are no proprietary Terminal assets. This

includes planning, supervision, and control of the transportation of products to

customers and ensuring compliance with local laws and corporate safety and

environmental standards as well as ensuring the efficiency of the order

entry/dispatch, and billing processes.

v Send request to PPMC for daily loads

v Review PPMC ticket for loading

v Ensure OE/HES standard are met, including oversight of hauling fleet conditions

and contractor safety performance. Oversees continuous inspection of

contracted transport haulers and conduction of LPS monthly.

v Maintain documentations for products received and shipped.

v Coordinate deliveries of products as per company policies and customer

demands

v Ensure efficiency of the product order entry/dispatch and SAP billing processes.
