DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement Food Safety Programs and Procedures
• Plan and conduct Internal Audits and submit related reports related to Hygiene, Pest Control, Cleanliness and sanitation
• Identify corrective & preventive actions and follow up implementation
• Monitor usage of utilities to ensure efficiency of operations
• Coordinate with regulatory government agencies for continuous compliance to mandatory requirements
• Conduct Food Safety Trainings
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Technical Duties
• Develop and implement Quality Programs and Procedures
• Plan and conduct Internal Audits and submit related reports
• Establish product specifications and ensure that the quality of goods are
complying with the requirements of the Client
• Evaluate and assess the quality of raw materials and finished goods based on pre-defined standards
• Conduct Good Manufacturing Practices training
• Troubleshoot problems in the production process
• Handle customer complaints
• Identify corrective & preventive actions and follow up implementation
• Provide guidance to other departments for document control and record keeping
• Collaborate with other departments in order to improve product quality
• Participate in product development activities
Technical Duties
• Develop and implement HACCP Plan and Quality Programs and Procedures
• Plan and conduct Internal Audits and submit related reports
• Conduct Good Manufacturing Practices training
• Confers with customer representative to resolve customer complaints and observed production operation deviations, and establishes control measure in order to prevent recurrence.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of QA Specialist engaged in inspecting incoming materials, in-process monitoring, and finished products monitoring to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
• Responsible for supplier accreditation
• Inspect new products following first-run production of new item
• Collaborate with other departments in order to improve product quality
• Coordinate with regulatory government agencies for continuous compliance to mandatory requirements
• Coordinates and communicates with other departments as needed for ensuring the production of quality products, reprocessing of documents and other activities that concerns the continuous company improvement and audits.
• Monitors submission of QA reports
• Responsible for technical documentation of each existing product for regulatory compliance and licenses
• Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Title.
A. Production
• Prepare and manage the overall operation schedule and task accomplishment of the entire production department.
• Responsible for organized and accurate record keeping of production reports for traceability and verification.
• Responsible for stock control, production management, process monitoring, product specification setting and production site maintenance to minimize error and to reduce unnecessary cost
• Evaluates and establishes standard process flow for improvement of the production operation
B. Research and Development
• Conducts formulation, development and improvement of new products in view of the company’s manufacturing and operational capabilities.
• Conduct testing and evaluation of new ingredients and
materials for new and existing products
• Responsible in conducting research and development of new products and modification of existing product.
C. Quality Assurance
• Responsible for handling costumer’s complaints and notifies suppliers and subcontractors of reasons for rejection of materials received and product traceability
• Responsible for technical documentation of each existing product for regulatory compliance and licenses.
• Responsible for implementation of food safety (GMP and HACCP)
• Responsible for the implementation of sanitation inside the plant
• Responsible in evaluating the raw materials as well as the packaging in-transit to warehouse and trade
• Performs physico-chemical laboratory analysis, testing and evaluation of materials and products
• Conducts shelf-life testing
• Assures that QA programs are in place and followed
• Conducts physico-chemical analysis of Raw Materials prior to usage and of Finished Goods prior to release
• Ensures proper recording of test results
• Responsible with random checking of delivered raw materials prior to warehousing
• Conducts microbial analysis of products, from preparation of agars and petrifilms, preparation of samples, to analysis of results and carrying out of confirmation tests for positive results
