PhilippinesI started as Client partner doing different follow up of Patient’s insurance, calling them for a documentations and for a reimbursement process of their insurances to a doctor, hospitals and/or clinics. Now, i was promoted as a Senior client partner doing the same thing but an additional task had been given such as Doing large special projects and nurturing the knowledge of the newly hired agents to learn how to analyze and do a great job very well.
