Key Deliverables

Handling entire branch operations i.e. Cash, Account opening and customer service & escalations.
• Responsible for Branch Audit and Compliance,
• Team managing and building.
• Supervise & Monitor Authorizer and Teller in terms of branch operations, Customer Service & cross sell productivity.
• Resolution of customer queries/complaints.
• Generation and verification of all branch reports and rectification of errors.
• Generate business, cross sell and monitor cross sales of teller and authorizers.
• RTGS / NEFT, Fund Transfer.
• Branch Operations and Audit Compliance.
• Cash receipts and payments in the prescribed TAT without errors.
• Cash balancing and cash bundling.
• Processing of Foreign Exchange transactions, Salary Uploads, Fund Transfer, Fixed Deposit, Savings Account, Gold Loan and Admin related bills.
• Issuance of Demand Drafts/ Pay Orders within prescribed TAT.
• Ensure highest level of customer service.
• Monitor all complaints received and ensure that complaints are closed within stipulated . TAT and check with the customers if the process of complaint resolution has been managed well.
• Ensure that the customers are adequately serviced and appropriate products sold to them in a customer friendly environment.
