Job description: Maintain cleanliness in lobbies and public facilities liked restrooms, ballrooms or function rooms, front desk, back offices, restaurants, and etc.. Vacuums carpet, polishes furniture and fixtures, pull out trashes. Cleans rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, broom and shampoo machine. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors. Be careful using the chemicals liked toilet bowl cleaner, and etc.. To comply with Lost and Found Policy of the Hotel. Report any damaged or missing items to the Public Area Supervisor. Public area attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems. The area should be neat and clean condition.
