– Coordinated with the Banquet Captains while reviewing all written communication, i.e., daily / weekly Banquet – Event Orders to determine appropriate staffing levels, rooms / station assignments, buffet décor and enhancements as they relate to banquets and meeting room set-ups, prior to every function.
– Communicates all the changes between the Banquet Department and the Kitchen and makes adjustments according to the above items prior to and during events.
– Determines requirements for serving staff and supplies.
– Works closely with Banquet Chef regarding food requirement of the client.
– Ensures that everything has been in placed according to what has been agreed with the client – from the set-up prior to the function to the cleaning afterward.
