•Conduct sampling Inspection of Lens Thickness, Newton Fringe, Surface Quality,

Newton Astigmatism, Height & Inner Diameter.

•Record the non-conformances found during sampling inspection.

•Conduct process of elimination if non-conformance detected during sampling inspection.

•Ensure that all necessary measuring instrument are in place.

•Responsible in Issuance of G.P. Priority slip.

•Submit daily Sampling Inspection Report for fail Sampling Size.

•To conduct verification of fabricated newton ban.

•Conduct weekly verification of measuring instrument (Thickness gauge, Radius gauge, Dial gauge, and newton ban).
