Throughout my career, I have been involved in successfully running Information Technology services companies. Currently I am running a regional systems integration company based in Dubai. InfoTech’s operations are spread over Middle East, Africa & South East Asia. It is primarily a systems integration services company, with focus on enterprise software solutions & services. My main responsibilities include, Business Development and Sales. Previously, I have the experience of working with companies like Oracle and IBM, and with an SI, an enterprise software export house and a sole Microsoft Distributor. Geographically, I have the experience of working in the Middle East and Africa and in South East Asia. I have been working on enterprise technology projects and have helped my teams deliver the same successfully. I also have the experience of managing my internal teams globally and business partners spread geographically. My primary responsibilities with my employers have been to develop new markets, identify new enterprise software solutions, establish partnerships across geographies, qualify prospects, integrate solution propositions, close business, deliver enterprise projects and maintain long term customer loyalty. Through all these years, I have the privilege of transforming my companies from an infrastructure-based to a professional services (PS) organization. These PS organizations have been transformed from a small revenue base to multi-million-dollar companies. Professional Services have been mainly around Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, CISCO, Barracuda and our own IP products in government (GeReg) and capital markets (CapiZar) space.
