Role:
Continue to process files in accordance to the requirements of the Electronic Document Management but will spend a great deal of time in supporting the team by being the subject matter expert and POC. The role will also be tasked to create, update, and maintain SOPs, provide process training support to new hires, perform random quality audit of transactions, and act as a catalyst for process improvements.
Administrative/POC’s Tasks

Answers request and escalation of global customers, (APAC, EMEA, AMER) through email and on I-share site.
Highlight any issues that affect the quality and the process.

NFE CM Data Analyst/Encoder (June 10, 2013 – September 4, 2015)
As member and POC of the Team, I help develop and maintain quality of data in Global contract migration as per customer requirements in SAP system (NFE) both live shipment- COEX and BC contracts.
Role:
Creating a Quotation and Forwarding Agreement (FWA)/Contract based on rate card and FWA template. Usually found in I-share site some are directly email by responsible personnel of each country.
Creating a relationship between FWA to business agreement for billing purposes.
Reading and understanding the rate card/ quotation coming from the customer and input it to specific template wherein the shipper and consignee understand the terms and billing purposes of shipment and transaction.
Knowledge in some logistic in terms of shipments as per customers agreement. The incoterm used including the movement type, the export or import shipment with regards to the applicable services and trade lane that the contract is requiring for.
