Duties and Responsibilities:

• Examine vehicles, compile estimates and secure customer approval through service advisor.
• Performed vehicle routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications, top-ups fluids, tune-ups etc.
• Follow service checklists to ensure all important parts are examined.
• Understand and verify the customer concern before performed any repair to the vehicle.
• Test and read vehicle components system parameter. Using scan tools such as Tech2, Tech2 Win., MDI/MDI2, and GDS2.
