·         Ensures that company’s given goal for Sales, Recruits, actives and collection rating are achieved.

§  Conduct business opportunity meetings

§  Performs recruitment activities by promoting the products and its earning opportunities

§  Conduct Sales and collection Training to sales force.

§  Directly oversee that promos and other programs are properly merchandised by the Sales supervisor.

§  Prepares monthly presentation for overall branch performances to Team Leader.

·         Ensures that company’s key indicators such as Sales, operating expenses, ROI and ROS are well managed.

·         Ensures that Revolving Fund is intact and liquidated subject to proper implementation of company’s policies and guidelines.

·          Ensures that Daily collections reported by Operations Supervisor are intact and placed to the vault for safe keeping.

·         Ensure that Branch Collection Rating is achieved.

·         Responsible for inventory management.

·         Evaluates associates performance.

·         Interview and evaluates applicant for employment.
