– design chocolates

– making invoice and delivery receipt

– barcode and expiry dates

– packaging per items

SALES ASSOCIATE:

– good customer service

– upselling and cross selling

– refilling and arrange the display in the proper way

– making gift trays for any occasion

– checking the available items and prepare order to warehouse

– daily inventory  of all the items

– attending the customer and gives motivation and knowledge about the product and giving information about the promotion

– do the cashier and collect the payments either cash or card and if there’s any vocher or discount will apply

– attending customers requirements through phone calls, online orders and also by emails

– handling Petty Cash and make a report and direct report to Manager

– do the cash sales deposited to the bank and inform the account department

– greeting the customer with eye contact and sincerity by welcoming in the shop and saying thank you for coming

SALES cum Barista

– refilling the supply in the store and prepare for display

– attend to the customers need for giving the menu and let them prepare thierselves to order

– serving coffee, juices, tea , cold drinks  and cakes

– prepare gift tray for any occasion such as birthdays and other occasions

– do the cashier paying by cash or card according to thier orders amd purchase

– answering the phone for customers order for delivery and other requirements.

– checking online orders

– checking orders through email

– inventory at the end of the day and making report such as Daily Total Sales , expired items and send directly to managers, accounts and the concern people

– handling Petty Cash and make a report and direct report to Manager

– responsible to deposit all the cash sales to the bank and inform the accounts for the deposit
