 Designated as a L2 Senior Engineer for the Technical Services Team for the product called “QubeWire”. The organization is a provider of end-to-end digital cinema technology and solutions. The company draws on decades of experience in cinema and provides a seamless digital environment for exhibitors, filmmakers and post-production companies with DCI compliant products that are flexible, reliable and cost-effective.
 Responsible for installing and configuring the product logically from the backend at the Theatre/Exhibitor locations globally and taking over the L2 technical AWS related escalations which could be related to an Encrypted Digital Cinema Package (DCP) on the Amazon Web Servers/Services (AWS) , wherein it would sometime fail to get downloaded via Servers on the QubeWire product based on the Booking or Work Order placed by the filmmaker , distributor etc , where we would step in to ensure the content delivery takes place within the required time to the Theatre for the exhibitors and to avoid show losses at any cost.
 Was responsible for monitoring the QubeWire product at 300+ locations worldwide as a routine check and to ensure to resolve any kind of technical glitches before the theatre show timings .
 Hands on experience of the PUTTY application using the Ubuntu/Linux terminal commands to ensure the transfer of contents take place globally without any issues .
 Few of the other supporting applications which were being used are SLACK,LogDNA , PostMan and the FreshDesk Ticketing tool is being used for recording the raised escalations .

 Coordinating between the Theatres & various Internet Service Providers (ISP) who are a vital bridge in ensuring the timely services and delivery could be done for the worldwide filmmakers and distributors to the exhibitors/theatres.
 Was responsible to ensure the timely delivery of the content to the QubeWire based on the raised bookings on a daily basis, as to avoid any kind of financial losses to the filmmakers / distributors globally .
 Playing a pivotal role in assisting IT project called Old Mutual Wealth (a.k.a) QUILTER which is into complete wealth management and a financial institution. Had been part of the Offshore- IT team as an IT Administrator – GAM (Global Access/Account Management) and was investigating the beneath utilizing the ServiceNow Application which was later upgraded to SIAM (Service Integration and Management) Model.
