•       Provided operational support for the GTA team (Global Talent Acquisition) & hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle

•       Worked with different business partners such as HR services (handles the pre-onboarding), Headcount management tool & support, new hire set up team, HRM, CELA (legal department), Immigration agencies, Leadership Team…coordinated between them in order to resolve/respond to any related matter

•       Managed background checks across MEA through our external agency or performed offline reference check

•       Strived to gain customer satisfaction (business, stakeholders and especially candidates) by making sure expectations/deadlines are met with the outmost professional approach and standard.

•       Ensured smooth process flow for candidates put into recruitment process (from interviews up to the pre-onboarding) and that all is met within the requested time frame

•       Ensured hire process flow is met for related hire/offer matters by recruiters, and assist them accordingly

•       Successfully managed assessment centers for hiring projects.

•       Contributed in identifying deficiencies, tackled them and helped enhancing standards and processes; Ensured of its implantation, to provide a smoother experience for different parties, be it GTA or other.

•       Took the initiative & partnered with the HR Services lead in Immigration, to put Immigration process in place, for Morocco and Jordan

•       Trained new comers for RA related tasks, and managed any issues arising, whether related to the tasks or interpersonal relations.

•       Answered/assisted in immigration queries or issues & any general queries related to processes/compliance/timelines…

•       Coordinated with HR Services closely (pre-onboarding and onboarding) to ensure hire process completion and in case of immigration/relocation handling.

•       Worked with CELA and different HR partners for drafting/amending contracts or policies

•       Became the super user of Dynamics scheduling tool, and the lead to all its related matters in coordination with the program managers in Corp; Trained different teams throughout the IMEA region.

•       Provided recruiting reports and analysis, to Talent Acquisition Leads to keep track on number of hires, diversity, time to hire etc.

•       Supported hiring projects, such as MEA BIG MACH (Microsoft undergraduate program), before there was any structure in place for such events; this was a simultaneous event happening throughout the region, where sometimes candidates had to be flown in to have a final’s day interview

•       “HR Q3 subsidiary winner” for bringing the necessary support, in partnership with the talent acquisition team, for the challenging market of North Africa/East Mediterranean & Pakistan.

•       “MEA HR start award FY14 Q2 winner” for successfully running the MEA BIG MACH project

HP Training Center Coordinator

CIS is part of an international group of companies in the Middle East, Africa and North America established with activities in consulting, integration and outsourcing & distribution to resellers. CIS Lebanon is HP’s distributor since 1983. My role consisted of:

•       Set up official HP courses for IT clients, in coordination with HP in Dubai, and made sure all relevant material/logistics were in place with a trainer also flown in from an outside location.

•       Handled all trainings & exam reservations for the employees of CIS whether in Lebanon or abroad; including travel procedures & booking hotels, and ensured they met the required annual certifications
