I have 9 years of relevant experience and expertise in working for the development issues including child and youth development, HIV prevention, social accountability, education, women rights & empowerment with human rights-based approach. Agricultural interventions also marketing and value chain development activities, water & sanitation, food security, livelihood development as project key person like Program Coordinator, Program Officer,  Economic strengthening officer,  MERL officer, Care and support officer, Project Trainer officer, etc.

I have practical skills and experience on the mobilization of all stakeholders and follow up those.

I have practical  experience in enterprise development, Agribusiness development sectors like Urban agriculture, dry lot finishing,

I have practical experience in youth and Women economic strength training or Empowerment Methodologies like CSSSG, SHG, Youth and Women VSLA, and SAC.

I have practical experience in SPM (Selection, Planning, and Management of Small micro Enterprise business, FM (Financial Management) and BDS (Business Development Service).

I have sound knowledge of business and technical skills training to young women and men job seekers based on the requirements of potential employers in partnership with training service providers and employers.

I have practical experience and knowledge of youth employment opportunities and livelihoods, marketing, micro-enterprise development; community based financial service, microfinance institutions.

I have practical experience in project planning, implementing project interventions, budgeting, report writing, documentation, supervision, monitoring & evaluation, linkage negotiation, coordination, facilitating the meeting, seminars, workshops, etc.

I have sound knowledge on developing concept note, project proposal, skills in resource mobilization, training curriculum, modules to facilitate capacity building for implementing staffs,  Youths, Men and Women, CSOS, GO and media and local communities and skills on project cycle and result-based management;

I worked actively to develop sustainable partnerships with various development actors, stakeholders, facilitated capacity building of partners financial institutions, NGOs & guided and provided technical support to project  staffs in project implementation and Strong networking, partnership and interpersonal skills
