Leverage in-depth engineering expertise to oversee procurement, fabrication, installation, inspection, mechanical completion, start-up, documentation, red line mark-ups and final handover of numerous large-scale oil and gas projects:

· Base oil expansion project to increase base oil processing capacity of the existing Pearl GTL Liquid Processing Unit

· Enhance reliability of Paramagnetic Type Oxygen analyzers in overhead line of four waste gas vessels in LPU

· Water Wash Project to prevent ammonia build-up in recycle gas loop and reduce the risk of NH4Cl corrosion

· Upgrade Kerosene to supply higher value Light Detergent Feedstock (LDF) and other distillate products

· MOC-1473 on-line performance improvement capability to critical cooling water exchangers project

· MOC-1572 for chill water tower inlet nitrogen cone 110-VC-112/212 damage welded joint project

· MOC-1639 Unit60 HTSC loop heat exchangers and connected piping design upgrade project

· Achieved higher efficiency managing the engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning for revamp of MOC-1518 water wash column internals and replacing them with upgraded internal trays and demister pad

Title: Procurement and Replacement of RGX 2 LP/MP Steam Header –RGCP 552

Role: Junior Engineer

Steered procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning of new low pressure and medium pressure steam headers for RGX 2. Scope included equipment related tie ins, modification of de-super heater system, removal and relocation of PRV’S and silencer. Troubleshot onsite issues and improved client experience through prompt technical assistance.

· Managed hydro testing of large volume headers, hot tapping, line plugging, steam blowing and commissioning tasks.
