Department: Materials Management

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. As a team leader: There have 30 Nose person contains both Logistics & Distribution Management. Firstly segregated their duties as per designated by the company. Monitoring their works smooth operation of distribution management, logistics & production. As a team leader, try to level best effort to do their duties.

2. For Materials receive: Inform the commercial team regarding factory stock levels both RM & FG. Then try to know when will be reach the required materials from suppliers to port.

Transportation: As per commercial team confirmation, we have arrange truck, tailor from the transport agency by negotiation regards actual rate.

3. Preparation of receiving materials: As per commercial information, we have arranged space for materials storage by maintaining 5s. Then we collect details Packing list from suppliers to receive actual quantity as per packing list.

4. Receiving Process: We have received materials with maintaining proper counting as per packing list which is provided by suppliers.

5. OS & D: That means over, shortage & defect. If findings one of that then we make a claim report through suppliers. After that they ensure their end & make sure regarding our claim.

6. IQC report from QA: After receiving materials we have arrange ensuring from QA that all materials have reached.

7. Deliver to production line: After confirmation report from QA then we have provide materials for production as per Requisition. Coordinate and work with quality, engineering, administration and assembly operations to ensure 100% on-time delivery by establishing and monitoring schedule to proactively identify and address any issues.

8. NG Products: If found any NG parts from production line, we handover this part to QA for create report to this suppliers.

9. FG Receive: After Production we have receive FG & storage FG area.

10. FG Dispatch: We arrange covered van (Company or Agency) for dispatch FG to various warehouses. After getting dispatch schedule from various warehouses, we have arrange dispatch FG of due time & due date.

11. FG Dispatch Process: When we dispatch FG, we have managed three checking points to avoid missing or wrong delivery. When three checking points documents will be same then we create invoice/Challan,Gate pass & vat Challan. After entry & sign all documents then exit covered van can go outside from factory.

12. Training & 5S: We have arrange monthly training session for warehouse management & maintaining 5S. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Coach & mentor to warehouse people for better performance.

13. Responsible for accuracy of inventory counts by implementing and managing, in conjunction with Finance, an inventory control system, capable of identifying discrepancies in inventory counts and taking corrective action to guard against inconsistencies in the future.

14. Maintains a safe and clean store environment by developing and publishing evacuation routes determining and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals.

15. Arrange Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly inventory report and submit to the Management on time.

16. Handle raw materials store and finished goods store independently.

17. Issue, receive, document, maintain inventory and make computerized entries for the related items
