• Handled inventory checks if store Fixed Asset of almost all of FamilyMart’s stores nationwide.
• Processed requests for supplies or equipment needs from the employees. Also responsible for handling store uniforms, office and warehouse supplies and equipment.
• Tasked to provide solutions to incident reports from the head office.
• Encoded data which may include lists, numbers, or forms using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word. The task also covers compiling, sorting, and auditing.

• Asset Management Data Encoder / Property Controller (March 2014 to November 2014)
• Assigned under the Assets Management Division.
• Migrated sets of data to the new Fixed Assets Hierarchy, automating the property ledger and asset re-tagging with barcodes and physical count.
• Handled inventory checks of Fixed Assets in the head office and covered almost all stores and banners nationwide.
