RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Verify checklist of inspection request and testing as per planned schedule and approved bar bending schedule (BBS).

·         Monitor inspect and control construction work of overall bridge as per design specification (piles, boring, pile cap, pier, abutments, precast girders, transom and profiling for precast girders).

·         Prepare weekly & monthly reports for the client.

·         Analysis of delays, mitigation and recovery.

·         Monitor & compare weekly plan for the site activities.

·         Prepare weekly progress summary sheets for project and compare with baseline program dates.

·         Prepare monthly presentations for the whole project status including payment received from the client, variations etc.

·         Conduct steel, concrete, pre-stressed cables and soundness tests of piles.

·         Inspect and monitor the safe Excavation for Underpass.

·         Worked on Storm water drain of 700m to divert a utility coming in underpass.

·         Monitor the Relocation of water system and installing MS pipe lines of 18 and 36 inches in dia.

·         Monitor, Inspect and Control overall Construction work for underpass such as Lean, Water Proofing, Steel Fixing, Shuttering and Concreting of Raft Foundations, retaining walls, pre-cast beams, Deck Slabs, Barriers.

·         Executed the Activity of construction of Sump Well such as Piling work, Reinforcement, Shutting and pouring the walls of 30m.

·         Overall Supervision on Fixing the Concrete plant.

·         Resolving the issues of the concrete plant, transit mixture and concrete pump.

·         Execute all the Activities according to approved design and Bar bending schedule.

·         Monitoring Overall activity of Asphaltic and Wearing Base Course in Underpass, Service Roads.

·         Inspection of Final Finishing of Underpass such as Epoxy paint, Curbstone and Paver Fixing, Electric poles Fixing.
