Ø  Retrieves customer vehicles when requested by the guest.

Ø  Checks invoices and purchase orders from assigned section or units

Ø  Checks and ensures the ff:

Ø  That all invoices are covered by Purchase Orders

Ø  That all Purchase Order Slips are covered by Purchase forms approved by their respective

division   heads.

Ø  That quantities and prices appearing in the voices tally with those shown on Purchase Orders

Ø  That receipt of merchandise is acknowledge by authorized signatories

Ø  Looks for prospective suppliers through telephone inquiries

Ø  Prepares specifications of required items

Ø  Evaluated the quotations submitted by different suppliers based on quality and the price of the item

Ø  Responsible for making Purchase Order Slips

Ø  Sends the approved Purchase Order Slips to the respective suppliers through fax

Ø  Follows-up orders from the suppliers for a faster and more convenient transaction

Ø  Receives and checks deliveries and other related supplies

Ø  Entertains calls from suppliers, absent employees and  Japanese staff as well

Ø  Helps the Admin. Staff in monitoring the driver’s activities
