Responsible for making, adjusting and cancelling reservations for an industry leading cruise shipping conglomerate. Ensuring where possible that clients are accomadated with the minimum of hassle and maximum satisfaction.
Duties:
Assisting customers with the planning and booking aspect of their vacation. Overseeing changes to original reservations and managing exchanges and refunds. Monitoring reservations, schedules, cancellations and no-shows.
Answering incoming calls and giving satisfactory replies to customer inquiries and complaints.
August 2017 – April 2018 Responsible for helping customers to identify and resolve problems with
TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT products by phone, and online.
Duties:
Troubleshoot and resolve customer connection and related service issues Escalate complex problems to appropriate staff member or department. Guide customers through the installation and updating of software and hardware.
