Objective
I look forward to secure a position, which allows me to utilize my language and training skills in Arabic, English, Urdu, Bengali, Hindi and competencies. Reason for change: End of project.
· Collecting important news reports from KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman & Kuwait from Arabic & English news portals and making summary and report to the Department manager and company MD daily basis.
· Translating all official letters from Government of Saudi Arabia, industrial and legal documents from Arabic to English and English to Arabic to meet daily requirements.
· Doing admin jobs to issue employment letters, salary certificates in both English & Arabic language, and interviewing new candidates where Arabic language is required.

· Providing Training and teaching Labors and Staffs of Baraka Nuclear Power Plant and maintain all staffs and workers record as per company’s training policy and translate all training materials from English to Arabic, Urdu, Hindi and Bengali language etc.
· Teaching Communicative English & Construction English language to non-English Speaking workers.
I used to provide training to all new and old staffs and workers of BNNP project on daily basis. My training topics were:
1. Indoctrination & Training: in this training program I was discussing on 5 important topics: (a) Site Regulations, (b) Material Controls, (c) Introduction to BNPP system and construction overview, (d) Codes, CPs, Procedures, & (e) Quality programs.
2. Training for HSJV Staff with less nuclear experiences, topics were: (a) Nuclear systems (b) PPM (Project Procedures Manual), (c) Construction status, (d) General Construction Techniques, these trainings are required only 10 days in a month
3. Regular Training for workers, topics were: (a) Nuclear systems and construction planning and scheduling (b)Construction Management (c)Quality – QA program, etc (d) Major Construction Techniques: – CPs, WPP/QCIs, etc (e) Lessons Learned, these training are provided 10 days in a month.
4. Foreman Leadership & Communication Skills training, this training was conducted once in a month for all foremen and supervisors of BNPP project.
5. HSE/Safety Trainings including (a) P.P.E., (b) Welding & Hot works/Compressed Gas Cylinder, (c) Manual Handling, (d) Working at Height, (e) Hand & Power Tools, (f) Color Coding, Signage, Barricade, Restricted Area etc. All these trainings I used to provide in English, Hindi/Urdu, Bengali and Arabic languages accordingly.
6. Handling workers’ legal problems with local security and solving their issues by negotiation with Abu Dhabi police and other official representatives.
