▪ Well monitored and hands-on processing of the models: machine operation, per process evaluation (optimization of parameters), and quality inspection

▪ Product analysis: yield, defect types encountered, defect rate, root-cause analysis of each defect, and provide temporary / permanent countermeasures (material, machine, process, method, chip design, and parameters)

▪ Implementation and revision of Failure Mode Effect and Analysis (FMEA), control plan and standard documents for mass production
