Manage payroll in compliance with social frame works and DataNet policies.
Manage HR administrative function (e.g. contracts, holidays, benefits administration, etc.) and ensure effectiveness and accuracy in implementation and execution.
Manage and control transport department (e.g. Drivers responsibility, maintain and service of all vehicles).
Review, update, and maintain local HR policies and rules in accordance with DataNet global HR framework and Swaziland labor, social and employment law.
Manage and tracking all equipment, service and software importing and exporting with cross border declaration, clearing forwarding and currier process.
Liaise with Swaziland Government revenue authority for employee monthly tax, employee graded tax and manage yearly PAYE reconciliation process.
Manage office expenditures and petty cash authorization.
Manage and develop the project “DTI” (Direct Trader Input) in Swaziland and “Cloud Clear” in South Africa as a cross border clearing agency.
Manage and control all company documents, License and service renewal.
