MEDTRONIC / MEDICAL INDUSTRY ISO 13485:2016, FDA Certificates. Responsible of Operation of Stent grafts and MICROTRAC (items for cardiac and aortic surgerys), 15,000 sq ft, 880 production operators, 2 shifts.
 Successful implant of MOS (Medtronic Operation System-OPEX initiatives) transformation of production lines from traditional concepts to COS (Cell Operating System) with its subsystems (STABILIZING: cell operation, Heijunka, Material Replenishment; STANDARIZING: std Work, 5Ss; VISUAL MANAGEMENT: Visual Management, Stop / Fix; CLOSING THE GAP: Problem Solving, Continuous Learning) applying VSM (Value Stream Mapping) and DMAIC Methodologies for projects Control.
