Duties performed:
• Ensure that the Head Chef budget is available based on in-house occupancy.
• Ensure that all requisitions for the day is within the daily budget.
• Ensure that all departments get their goods on time.
• Post all requisition within the system and run daily report.
• Ensure adequate supplies of Groceries, Beverages, Guest supplies, stationaries, and any other requirements are sufficient to meet our guest’s needs.
• Ensure that all purchase requests is on the system for purchasing within the giving time line.
• Run daily receiving reports and do inquires.
• Ensure slow moving report is done.
• Organizing the whole delivery process by using the F.I.F.O system.
• Ensuring the storeroom is organized based on shelve to inventory sheet.
• Ensures proper scheduling of warehouse staff is there to meet internal process needs.
• Communicates on a daily basis with team members.
• Ensures employees are complying with the company uniform policy and dress code.
• Physical transfer of all Items from warehouse to kitchen.
• Receiving all items for Zoetry according to quality and spec.
