Job Description:
· To maintain official contact list, secretarial and administrative works.
· Received, maintained & logged Inspection Request (IR), Material Inspection Request (MIR) Engineering Instruction (E.I), Non Conformance Report (NCR), Engineer’s Field Observation Report (EFOR) for all disciplines.
· Prepare & send site memo/internal memo & official correspondences to the Client and Main Contractor.
· Prepare & submit monthly progress report to the Client.
· Word processing /proofreading/editing of correspondence.
