Risk Management Analyst

–          Perform real time monitoring on online games and products.

–          Test new products.

–          Communicate and corporate with programmers to fix urgent issues, bugs on monitoring tools and risk analysis data management system.

–          Prepare reports on the activity area.

–          Investigate and classify fraudulent users to avoid high-risk scenarios

–          If fraud occurs, perform analysis and suggest appropriate product enhancements

–          Document all fraud cases to be used for new employees training

–          Observe users betting behaviour and analyse non-typical betting patterns and trends

–          Maintain familiarity with all game facilities, betting strategies and techniques applied in those games

–          Monitor staff on duty and assess equipment integrity status

–          Design and calculation of mechanical services, preparation of equipment schedule and monitor draughtsman’s progress and M&E drawings.

–          Preparation of tender documents for M&E services.

–          Preparation of Bill of Quantity and pre-tender costing estimation for M&E services.

–          Responsible in contract document preparation and monitor post-tender correspondence and documentation.

–          Documentation standardisation, design and calculation models to improve work productivity and efficiency.
