Im a receiving staff at S&R Membership shopping I do receive items that my superior ordered and checking the quality and quantity of the items that I am receiving and also I am the person that will equally distribute the items that i receive from the supplier to different stores in VIS-MIN (Visayas-Mindanao) like Cebu, Davao, CDO, and Ilo-ilo including Canabatuan. These are the procedures of dispatching items. Receiving emails from stores, checking the stocks that they are running low, prepare the list of items that the store needs, pick the items listed, audit the quantity and quality of the items if good to be transfer, lastly make documents for the transfer. I also learn how to operate forklift while i’m working in the company.
I am assigned to different department in Lazada from Outbound department we are packing the items that the customer ordered after that we need to send the packed item to logistics to transfer the ordered item. After 2 months my superior assigned me to Returns department, in Returns department we process the items that the customer send back to warehouse due to size issue, item defect, incomplete item, and wrong item. After processing we reship the customers order correctly. 2 months later I’m assigned to Inbound department(Failed Delivery) for 5 months. We receive the items that our courier fail to deliver due to consignee is not around, wrong address, payment is not available, and fake informations. And also we need to put the item back to system to be able to sell it again.
