• Evaluates all quotations and documents submitted by vendors in terms of commercial and technical issues.
• Forwarded materials and equipment certification, data sheets and documentation to engineers and supervisor for review and approval
• Created purchase orders (PO) for the approved quotation
• Supported the Account and Finance Department in payment matters
• Follow up and monitor status of purchased items, which includes the current stand of delivery, expected date of arrival, goods receipt, supplier bills and all charges that may incur to the product
