I have been in MHR for almost 3 years. Iam assigned as a Human Resource Staff/ Billing Officer. I was the one who process government remittances of employees, asisst HR Manager, 201 and 202 custodian, facilitiate government loans, process ATM cards and recruit applicants for support position. Being an Billing officer is quite challenging because it was beyond my course but at the same time I also enjoyed it and it was a great experience also as I was assigned in issuing sales invoice and statement of accounts.
It was a manpower agency that provides manpower for some big companies in Cebu for their production need. I was assigned in the documentation process and receives the requirements of the employees. You need to have high patience especially in dealing with people beacause a lot of them have many questions some are repeated already but since its my job to answer their queries , I answer it nicely with respect.
