JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Extensive fabrication experienced and ability to read isometric/spool drawings.

·         Study blue prints, drawings and specifications to determine the type of pipe and tools to use and lay out the sequence of tasks.

·         Make detailed sketches for pipe and equipment fabrication and installation as required.

·         Measure and cut, thread, groove, assemble and fit up as per drawing specifications.

·         Join pipe section and related equipment and secure in position.

·         Marking the pipe in correct measurements as per required in isometric drawings.

·         Cutting and grinding of the edge of pipes in preparation for fit-up

·         Working during shutdown at the existing plant, remove old pipe, fabricate and installed new pipe lines.

·         Installed all pipe spool and fit-up all sizes of fittings including all types of Olet Fittings.

·         Installed all types of valves; gate valve, globe valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, and safety valve

·         Installed all types of pipe support as per required on site and follow detailed drawings.

·         Installed water and sewer line around the building and road section using PVC pipes.

·         Installed potable water line, drinking water line, irrigation water line ductile pipes.

·         Conduct toolbox talk every day and follow safety rules and regulations.

Explain to co-workers about company properties on how to protect them, how to minimize cost and how to reach maximum production as per required by Managers and Superiors.
