•      performs edit on documents such as material submittal, pre-qualification documents, etc. before submitting to the consultant.

•      managing and maintaining the logs such as material submittal logs, drawing logs, IR, MIR etc.

•      checking whether the material request is on the date of the required delivery date. Follow up the supplier so that delay won’t occur.

•      create and maintain a filling system that supports efficient information management.
