Duties & Responsibilities

 

–       Supervises activities of the automotive body and paint shop.

–       Plans, schedules and assigns repair and automotive paint job of automotive-body workers.

–       Prepares repair estimate of damage vehicle and monitors the status from receiving up to releasing.

–       Coordinates insurance for the adjustments of repair estimates and completion of letter of authority ( LOA ).

–       Coordinate with clients regarding the additional cost of repair and additional days required to perform the repair.

–       Informing clients regarding the additional (hidden damages) parts and labor charge need to perform and the extended days of repair.

–       Quality check all vehicle after repaired from body repair shop before we return the vehicle into our client.

–       Attends to all Body and Paint (BP) customers in the Service Reception.

–       Prepares Estimate and conduct inspection on damage unit.

–       Collect  necessary papers for Insurance Processing

–       Updates customers for the status of claims and requirement needed for repair.

–       Prepares Repair Order (R.O.) for body repairs services.

–       Insures that unit transfer to BP Warehouse are covered by necessary documents and parts needed for repair.

–       Acts as the overall coordinator between Marketing Assistants/ S.A ,Parts Department and BP Shop in ensuring that the causes of delays in documentation and parts requirements are addressed in the earliest possible time, if not totally avoided.

–       Monitors repair status and promised time.

–       Updates shopload monitoring and sales.

–       Bills finished units from body and paint workshop.

–       Prepares documents of units for release and ensures its completeness.
