Job Description:

Provide basic care to residents, as well as assist them in daily activities they might trouble with on their own, such as bathing and dressing.
Serve meals and help residents eat.
Take vital signs.
Turn or reposition residents who are bedridden.
Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from Staff Nurse and Doctors.
Provide and empty bedpans
Lift residents into beds, wheelchairs.
Attend residents needs.
Clean and sanitize residents areas.
Change diaper of the residents.
Change bed sheets and restock trolleys with necessary supplies.
