 Formed from scratch a team of sales advisors to push the company’s products and services which includes medical emergency response services via air and ground ambulance  Training, schools and corporate medical evacuation covers.  Preparing departmental weekly, monthly, quarterly and semiannual reports to management.  Preparing presentations to corporate companies on the company services.  Organized events for registered companies to orientate them for customer loyalty.  Took part in both Customer journey mapping and employee journey mapping frameworks for the company  Created and maintained a good motivation and incentive plan for the commercial department.
