I am a versatile person. I can easily adapt to any tasks my employer requires me to do. One good example is these past years I’ve been working to couple of BPO companies here in the Philippines. I used to have a home-based work before and now i wanted to be back on action and prefer home-based job for me to spend more time with my family.
With excellent verbal & written English, I have over 6 years of work experience spanning various jobs starting as a technical support specializing port triggering and port forwarding, growing into teaching/training and technical support, and managing a team of technicians and agents.
Unique combination of skill-set gives me an edge, when it comes to problem solving. I’m a fast learner, and able to think through on multiple levels. My skills:
Documentation & Language translation: I have been an expert in Microsoft Word and also have worked with Adobe In-design. I can do all tasks that you could do in Microsoft Word for a good formatting. In-design has more options for flexibility when preparing documents such as portfolios, manuals, brochures, etc. I also do translation (English,Tagalog,Hindi, Marathi & Gujarati).
Website Support: I also have experience setting up websites. Though, I have very limited skills as a developer, I have successfully setup a few websites for my clients. Instead of the developing side, I have a very good understanding of the website back-end and the technicalities involved in setting up a website.
Photo/Video Editing: I can do things like Removing background; Adding custom background; Make-up effects for faces; Color correction; Black&White to Color; and other relevant things. I have mostly edited wedding videos. Where I’ve used effects and tricks suitable for weddings. Some of the skills involved are Adding music; Retaining original sound; Enhancing original sound and making it suitable to listen; Add/create titles with effects using AfterEffects; Making slideshows from pictures and videos;
Data Entry
