SOME PROJECTS DEVELOPED

1. Increase of Production Capacity in Henkel La Luz powder detergent plant. Design, planning and supervision of activities to increase the production capacity from 4,500 kg / hr. to 10,000 kg / hr.
2. Restructuring Mixco Project in Henkel La Luz. Evaluation of laundry soap manufacturing processes and automation. Both manufacturing and packaging to improve performance.
3. Synthetic detergent bar manufacturing process automation in Henkel La Luz.  Design, planning and supervision all the activities to automate the stages of raw materials dosage system and manufacturing process of synthetic detergent bars and dishwashing cream.
4. Increase in the production capacity of sodium silicate in Henkel La Luz.  Design, planning and supervision for the manufacture of a reactor for smelting of sodium silicate with a capacity of 9 tons with heat recovery system to reuse the discharge steam.
5. Increase in sulfonic acid production capacity in Industria La Popular. Design, planning and supervision for manufacturing and assembly of structure, machinery and services. Increase the production capacity of sulfonic acid from 2,000 kg / hr to 3,000 kg / hr.
6. Assembly of new Mazzoni machinery for drying soap shavings and toilet soap in Industria La Popular. Design, planning, control and supervision for the manufacture and assembly of structure, machinery and services of the 4,000 kg / hr soap shavings drying line and 2,500 kg / hr toilet soap finishing.
7. Increase in the production capacity of liquid products for home care and personal care in Industria La Popular. Design, planning, control and supervision of manufacturing and assembly of structures, machinery and services; increase production capacity of the lines, automation of filling and material handling.
8. New automatic transport system for handling powder detergents in Industria La Popular. Design, planning, control and supervision of manufacturing and assembly of structures, conveyor systems to reduce density variation and increase the production capacity of the packing lines.
