JOB DESCRIPTION

1.  Six year occupation in SABIC Terminal Services (SABTANK) in King Fahad Industrial Port, Jubail for Fire Maintenance and Installation.

2.  Maintenance Supervisor for Firefighting  Equipment Testing and Inspection under REDA Fire and Hazard Contract since 2008 to present.

3.  Occupied in various Project held by REDA Fire Management in SABIC Affiliates, such as SHARQ Petrochemical Plant, PETROKEMYA Petrochemical plant, SAUDI KAYAN and SABTANK , Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

4.  Occupied in BAUER Compressors installation and Testing in Kuwait Airport Fire Department.

5.  Currently handling roaving maintenance in various location and affiliates in SABIC and other Indusrial companies in Riyadh, Jubail and Yanbu Provice.

OTHERS:

1.  Maintain all kinds of fixed fire fighting equipment in industrial area. Particular in high elevation and underground system like  sprinkler, fire monitors and hydrants.

2.  Maintain Fire alarm system in tank field and office buildings. Conduct functional test regularly, and preventive maintenance as per NFPA.

3.  Responsible in regular inspection of all portable equipment and fire fighting gear / apparatus.

4.  Responsible in annual functional testing of Deluge system most commonly  in tank field and loading pump stations.

5.  Occupied in foam refilling and unloading of foam concentrate from bladder tank.

6.  Familiar in all ANSUL products such as cartridge type fire extinguisher, Foam bladder tank, FM200 and Kitchen hood protection system.

7.  Maintain CO2 system in good condition. Conduct testing, inspection and preventive maintenace as per NFPA standads. Knowlgeable in hydroteting, refilling and reinstallation of FM200 and NOVEC1230 system.

8.  Responsible in accepting safe work permits and implement all instructions and supervise work descriptions as needed.

9.  Maintain industrial equipment that utilized in fire fighting such as breathing air compressors, hydrotest machines, foam pumps and fire truck controls.

10.  Develop plans and schedule as daily guidance of each member of maintenance for mechanical and electrical.

11.  Responsible in ordering materials needed in the field for repair and installation.

12.  Produce work reports and related paper works.
