I am a person of integrity and have been entrusted with the leadership position both in school and in church as a youth leader. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

§  Performed data entry work using CPIMS and also did data cleaning to ensure that all OVC data is up to date and timely.

§  Conducting monthly data quality assessment at the site office.

§  Orientation of CHV’S on the reporting tools and data collection.

§  Carry out household survey periodically to help identify potential OVC

§  Retrieve data from the database or electronic file as requested by the MEAL officer and other departments to inform service provision.

§  In charge of the site office in my area.

§  Performed data entry work using OLMIS/CPIMS and also did data cleaning to ensure that all OVC data is up to date and timely.

§  Updating caregiver’s details, OVC details; name, age, and school.

§  Assisted in conducting graduation readiness assessment

§  Assisted the project managers and the project officers with the information for the compilation of the weekly report and the monthly report.

§  Weekly reported to the M&E manager.

§  Updating of the missing information on CPIMS that is not reflected after migration like eligibility criteria, education details, health details, exit details for the exited.

§  Compiling plus-up services beneficiary list for the 11 locations.

§  Recording of CSI data and HHVA data and conducting OVC registration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring the good conduct of elections in polling station
Checking of all the documents to ensure that the electors are entitled to vote.
Managing the queues
Assist in the counting of votes after the voting is over.
