Responsible for purchases, international logistics, imports, warehousing and
stocks for three of the companies of the group.
Quotations revision and purchase orders placement with suppliers for a
variety of sport products and related services.
Tracking of import movements from Italy, China and the USA for an
average value of USD 300,000 (FCL / LTL); revising and communicating every
problem or difference between PO and packing list/invoice.
Stocks management, (3PL warehouses located in Guadalajara Monterrey,
Los Cabos, Mexico City and Cancun) with a combined value of 3.5 million
dollars. Administration via SAP Business One, reaching % of accuracy versus
physical inventory.
Custom brokerage supervision and troubleshooting for containers at
terminal, until discharge at warehouses.
Imports status reports for Operations and Financial Director, helping to plan
future payments and avoiding demurrages due to a lack of money.
Support to domestic logistics and final customer deliveries through imports
status report.

Supply Chain management, I coordinated a team work of 3 people with a Balanced
Scorecard management model.
Pricing for bids and tenders, considering all the requirements of the customer
(maximum price, delivery time, type and number of devices, accessories, spare
parts, installation, training to medical personal and warranty); negotiating the
bid/tender with partners to reach a good agreement which allow the company to
participate with high success possibilities.
Purchase orders placement with suppliers at Italy, Germany, Poland, the
United States, Spain, Brazil, China and Taiwan, checking and confirming with
suppliers to avoid mistakes on delivery.
Negotiation of special prices, credit and commercial conditions and delivery
times, reporting up to 20 % in savings for purchases versus financial budget.
Tracking sea, air and land import movements, coordinating freight
forwarders, custom brokers, insurance and transport lines, determining
itineraries, logistic costs and troubleshooting all through the process;
reporting savings up to 18 % versus financial budget and reaching 95 % on
delivery time against customer orders.
Stocks management through max and min levels, replacing purchase orders when
needed to avoid out of stock.
Cost revision for every import movement, calculating financial utility.
Bills administration for payments to suppliers.
