Managed the International Zone in the Commonwealth Games Village during Village operational hours. Assisted in maintaining a clean and safe environment for Athletes, Guests and dignitaries within the zone, attended to the retail owners’ needs and ensured the zone was operational during the designated times.

Assisted with the final stages of training design and delivery of Village Workforce Training materials and presentations. Coordinated the rostering of Village volunteer workforce and managed volunteer workforce throughout the Commonwealth Games Village. Collaboratively worked with the Village Workforce Operations team to resolve any workforce welfare issues.

My responsibilities included check-in process, distribution of meal vouchers, track volunteer numbers and absences, and help with redistribution of volunteers to different functional areas and venues.

In transportation, I had the opportunity to interact one-on-one with the stars of the event. While driving officials, players, and Hockey Canada and IIHF representatives, I was able to improve my communication skills tremendously.
